1. CreatorCraft and these terms
CreatorCraft is the trading name used to provide the service at creatorcraft.app. These terms cover your use of the website and connected workspace. Contact creatorcraftapp@creatorcraft.app about your account, a purchase or these terms.
By using CreatorCraft, you agree to these terms. You must be able to enter a binding agreement and, when acting for a business or another person, have authority to do so. Any additional price, subscription, delivery or purchase terms are shown for the relevant offer. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.
2. What the platform provides
CreatorCraft brings together brand and business planning, AI-assisted writing and media creation, websites and storefronts, content calendars, connected social accounts, analytics, agents and workflows. The features available to you depend on your plan, permissions, configuration and the services you connect. A feature being available in the workspace does not guarantee that a third-party platform has approved it or will complete a requested action.
3. Accounts, teams and connected services
Keep account information accurate, protect your credentials and grant team members only the access they need. Connect only accounts, brands, sites, payment services and other resources you own or are authorised to manage. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
Third-party platforms, AI providers, payment processors and fulfilment services have their own terms, permissions, charges and availability. Their restrictions and review decisions apply independently of CreatorCraft. You can revoke access in a provider's settings and contact us to disconnect a stored connection. Disconnecting does not automatically remove content already published through that provider.
4. Your content and AI-generated material
You retain the rights you hold in material you supply. You give CreatorCraft permission to host, process, transform and transmit that material as needed to provide the features you request, including sending relevant inputs to the providers used for a selected task. You must have the necessary rights and permissions for uploaded music, footage, likenesses, personal information and other material.
AI results can be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading or similar to other output. Review facts, rights, product claims, disclosures and suitability before relying on or publishing a result. Rights in generated output also depend on applicable law and the selected provider's terms. We do not guarantee uniqueness, ownership of every element, or freedom from third-party rights. Generated output is not professional legal, medical or financial advice.
5. Publishing, agents and campaign control
Review content, account, visibility, interaction settings, disclosures, timing and any budget before approving an external action. You are responsible for instructions given to your agents, workflows and team. Only enable recurring or automatic work within limits you understand. An approval or saved calendar time is not proof that a post has published; check its actual result.
TikTok and other platforms may require account authorisation, app approval, current publishing permissions and separate declarations before accepting content. Complete those choices yourself when requested. CreatorCraft must not be used to bypass platform restrictions or content, music, advertising and AI-disclosure requirements. Provider processing, moderation or outages can delay or reject publication.
Analytics and provider-reported promotional delivery describe different things. Paid delivery is not a promise of organic engagement, sales, income or virality. Review the source and freshness of a measurement before using it to make a business decision.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful activity, fraud, deceptive impersonation, harassment, infringement, unsolicited messaging, unauthorised data collection or access, or disclosure of another person's private information. Do not introduce malware, evade security or spending controls, or misrepresent a provider result. Follow the rules of connected services and obtain required rights and consent for the activity you direct.
7. Plans, credits and payments
Before buying, check the displayed price, currency, billing period, included features, credit costs, limits and cancellation conditions. Some tasks consume credits; connected providers may also charge separately. A credit reservation, estimated cost or delivery target is not the same as a completed purchase or confirmed result. Connecting an account alone does not authorise unrelated purchases or subscriptions.
Payments are handled by the payment provider identified at checkout, which may include Stripe. Use only a payment method you are entitled to use. Contact support with an order or transaction reference if a charge or delivery is incorrect. Do not send full card details or passwords through support messages.
8. Storefronts, orders, cancellation and refunds
A storefront or offer identifies the seller and the purchase, delivery, returns and refund terms that apply. A workspace owner using CreatorCraft to run a store is responsible for its offers and customer obligations. Do not assume that CreatorCraft is the seller of every product displayed on a hosted site.
Contact the relevant seller or our support team to request cancellation, report a fault or seek a refund. We do not impose a blanket no-refund rule or remove remedies required by law. Where consumer cancellation rights apply, they remain available unless a lawful exception applies. Immediately supplied digital content requires any legally necessary express consent and acknowledgement before cancellation rights can be lost; browsing this site is not that consent.
9. Availability, restrictions and ending use
We may maintain or change features and may restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, non-payment or legal obligations. We will give reasonable notice of material changes affecting an existing paid service where practicable, and explain a restriction where lawful and safe. Contact support about a mistaken restriction, cancellation, account closure or access to your content.
Closing an account or revoking a connection does not cancel an obligation already incurred, erase records we must retain, or withdraw content from an independent third-party platform.
10. Responsibility and disputes
Each party remains responsible for its obligations under applicable law. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence, or limits mandatory consumer protections.
Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections or access to courts available where they live.
11. Privacy and changes
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. We will update the revision date when these terms change and communicate material changes appropriately. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights relating to an existing purchase.
