These terms cover the CreatorCraft website and platform at creatorcraft.app. CreatorCraft is a trading name; these terms do not represent it as an incorporated limited company. Contact us at creatorcraftapp@creatorcraft.app or write to CreatorCraft, 61 Bridge Street, Kington, HR5 3DJ, United Kingdom.
By using the platform you agree to these terms. If you use it for an organisation, you must have authority to act for that organisation. Individual stores and paid offers may have additional purchase, delivery and refund terms shown before checkout. Those offer-specific terms apply to that purchase; nothing here removes your statutory rights.
Provide accurate account information, keep your login details secure and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorised access. Only connect accounts, brands, stores and other resources you own or are authorised to manage. You are responsible for the instructions and permissions you give to team members, workflows and agents.
Third-party services have their own terms, approval processes, charges and availability. Connecting a provider does not guarantee approval, reach or uninterrupted access. You can revoke access through the provider and request help disconnecting through our support email.
You retain the rights you hold in content you supply. You grant CreatorCraft the permission needed to store, process, transform and transmit that content to deliver the features you select, including transmission to connected providers. You must have the necessary rights to uploaded media, music, likenesses, data and other material.
AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete or similar to other output. Review facts, claims, licences and suitability before relying on or publishing it. CreatorCraft does not guarantee that generated material is unique or free of third-party rights. AI output is not a substitute for qualified legal, medical, financial or other professional advice.
Scheduling, publishing, replies, advertising and commerce actions can affect external accounts or customers. Check the content, destination, timing, permissions and any budget before authorising an action. Availability of automation depends on the feature and provider; human review may still be required. We do not guarantee sales, income, virality or advertising performance.
Do not use CreatorCraft for unlawful activity, fraud, deceptive impersonation, harassment, infringement, unauthorised account access or disclosure of another person's private information. Do not upload malicious code, circumvent security controls or misuse the platform to send unsolicited messages. Follow the applicable requirements of connected platforms and obtain any required advertising or AI-content disclosures.
Check the price, currency, billing period, included features, credit usage and cancellation terms displayed for the specific offer before buying. Some actions use credits and third-party services may charge separately. We will not treat a general connection to a service as permission to buy an unrelated product or subscription.
Payments may be processed by Stripe or another payment provider identified at checkout. You must use a payment method you are entitled to use. Keep your order confirmation. If an amount or delivery is incorrect, contact support with your order or transaction reference; do not send full card details.
Cancellation and refund arrangements depend on the product or service purchased and the information given at checkout. Contact support to request cancellation, report a fault or ask for a refund. This policy does not impose a blanket no-refund rule or exclude remedies required by law.
Where a consumer cancellation period applies, we will honour it unless a lawful exception applies. For immediately supplied digital content, loss of the cancellation right requires the appropriate express consent and acknowledgement; merely using this website does not provide that consent. Your rights concerning faulty or misdescribed content and services remain unaffected.
We may maintain, update or change features and will give reasonable notice of material changes affecting an existing paid service where practicable. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address security, abuse, non-payment or legal obligations. We will explain the issue where it is lawful and safe to do so. Contact support if you believe a restriction is mistaken or need help with your content or account.
Each party remains responsible for its obligations under applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Nothing limits mandatory consumer protections.
Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a complaint. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections or court access available where they live.
Our Privacy Policy explains how the platform handles personal information. We may update these terms and will identify the revision date. Material changes will be communicated appropriately and will not remove rights relating to an existing purchase retrospectively.
